TLC AND THE FOUNDERS

Lugardo Quirarte, the founder of TLC Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, passed away on December 30, 2020, in a tragic car accident while on a family vacation. Lugardo and his wife Carrie started this business in May of 2017. They had a vision and he put it into place. His energy and drive are what built TLC Transportation. He drove daily, making our members laugh and feel important during their transport. Lu's contagious smile and humor would brighten anyone's day. Although he may be gone from this world, his legacy lives on through the people he touched. His wife Carrie and their two children Cayden and Talya continue the family business in his memory!
